MSME Hub: A Guide for Filipino Entrepreneurs

This Hub, an advocacy program, is designed as part of the UP ISSI mandate to collect and disseminate information relevant to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).  Recognizing the role of libraries in the local economy and workforce development,  the UP ISSI Library aims to reach out and support small businesses and entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups and low-income communities who are most in need of information resources and guidance to help them shape ideas, build confidence and jump-start new possibilities.

This virtual space serves as a resource navigator to connect entrepreneurs to knowledge resources to advance their economic hopes and dreams. It provides access to information resources for entrepreneurial development.  Started in September 2021, this Hub has continuously upgraded to ensure that its interface is user-friendly and contents are up-to-date and relevant to the information needs of our entrepreneurs.   Its core collection covers the following information:
